Whenever possible we go on roofs, through attics and under houses; windows are opened, receptacles are tested, plumbing fixtures are operated, major appliances are evaluated and electrical panels covers are removed -- and these are just a handful of the myriad of things we do to inspect the accessible areas of a home.
